Thumbs down Disaster of a situation - no luggage and further travel on different ticket
Good morning from DFW Hyatt.

Absolutely terrible info so far by IB as we and what seemed like quite a few others arrived here from MAD last night with no luggage. Wife and I originated in ALC. PIR filed automatically by IB and upon calling they say one bag is in MAD and other one they don't know. Informing bag is scheduled to be on IB flight tomorrow, 5 SEP.

Problem is that we leave on AA for SAN in 5 hrs. Will be back in DFW on Sunday. Asked them to reroute bag(s) to SAN in hope they start moving USA bound today and with luck we have them tomorrow Friday in SAN.

Good idea, bad idea? Going shopping later today and keeping receipts. This has really been a summer of travel with hiccups for us.
