Thanks. It's nearby, relatively, so going to try the brand & collect badge, and may go onward to couple other brands accessible from Mexico City airports
How early does breakfast start/do you thik they would prepare take-away box if informed the night prior (Andaz in Qatar did this, huge quantity) ? (fFlight from NLU (50km away) mid-morning, price hasn't changed in a month)
OR
Did/do you think they would give checkout to 2pm ? (flight late afternoon from MEX airport, ~10km, probably reach hotel at 8-8:30pm) ...then again, forecast updates show more & more rain, might scrap that side-trip).
by the way, was the sparkling wine any special producer / country of origin / something interesting about it? Dry or sweet? Maybe ask to swap it for a mixed drink

Welcome amenity of sparkling wine plus a margarita at the Lounge Fernando.
Some things to note about the property:
The property only has 19 rooms spread across 5 floors.
Originally built in the 40s. As such, no air conditioning in my guest room at least. 2 nearby fans made it unnoticeable. Wintertime may be more tolerable too.
No elevator…however there is a dumbwaiter for luggage.
Nearby park in Condesa can be lively/loud so bring earplugs and use the supplied white noise machine.Physical keys (safety latch on door though)
Room had a stocked minibar
Globalist breakfast was downstairs and had several regional specialities. I had the molletes which were excellent.
Room booked via points and had the king room with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, French press coffee, plus fresh coffee beans/grinder).
Would return but happy to get the Bunkhouse brand explorer badge since this is the lowest category bunkhouse property so far. Staff was so friendly and helpful.
