Funny, got another card in the mail today. Was wondering if that was going to happen....I applied on 8/20 and was told 7-10 business days for arrival. Called in the next day and got expedited shipping, and that card (along with the AU card) arrived on 8/26 (missed the original delivery attempt as wasn't home to sign for it). After that I still kept getting notices about my card delivery status via regular USPS. Lo and behold that card showed up yesterday! Same cc details as the one I've been using, but this didn't include an AU card. With all the reports from people about heightened fraud issues and troubles getting approved due to fraud concerns I thought this was a bit amusing.
