The BD programme is basically very similar to how the Old BA scheme operated in the Uk. I certainly have no problem with it. I never have to chase up miles or points.

As for BD service well I have just come off their overnight Chicago flight and I have to say I am very impressed with the product on board.

Bmi have lauched a long haul product that they are obviously keen to build onjust like they have on all the other routes where they challed the comfortable satus quo.

The Bmi staff were fantstic, enthusiastic, friendly but overall extremely efficient. A credit to Bmi. Other "British" airlines could learn a thing or two from them.
