Not knowing the rest of your itinerary, is changing to the eastbound Island Hopper an option for you, even in Y? Could be an opportunity to salvage the experience.
Crew stayed at Nautilus. Nothing available at all due to outgoing guests stays being extended. Never left the airport. At least A/C and wifi worked in airport. UA staff brought food. What a mess. Continuing to Japan for work, this has mainly disrupted pre-activities. Customer care offer: $300 ETC or 15000 miles. Unbelievable.
