It's not the disclosing that you stayed on a friends and family rate that's the issue. If you stayed on a friends and family rate you should not review the hotel publicly at all. Even if it's unlikely to be tied to you, it's still a violation. Staying on those rates is a privilege and you should do your best to avoid crossing that line.
