I know it's a first world problem, but has anyone every managed to get the tenderloin in Al Safwa anything below medium well?
In my experience, when you ask for medium, it comes as a solid well done. Medium rare turns out medium well. And when I went all out last week and asked for blue, it was still medium well.
Is there some sort of cultural sensitivity that I am not aware of that makes them hesitantto cook a steak just rare?
