Had a 2 night stay here recently. I had booked through Amex FHR and applied a SUA to the Executive Suite, and am also a Globalist. At check in, the agent insisted that I would have to leave the suite by noon. I declined, and then she mentioned that I was upgraded to a Diplomat Suite and they would need to downgrade me if I wanted a late check out.

I told her that was fine, and then after some typing, she told me the Executive Suite wasn't available any more and I'd have to be downgraded to a regular room if I wanted late checkout. I told her this was not fine, and we had a bit of a stalemate there.

After several more minutes of back and forth, she finally agreed to follow the 4pm check out requirement. It was mildly annoying to deal with this at 10PM after a full day of traveling. I mentioned this issue while checking out, but I have a feeling this is a very intentional decision from management.

I emailed [email protected] and they assisted with a restaurant reservation.
