Spoke with globalist concierge after calling the hotel and not getting through to the desk. Apparently, this is related to the Marriott transition. The stay is no longer showing in my Hyatt account and they weren't able to fix that, but I guess the hotel is still open as the concierge was able to connect with the front desk and they confirmed my stay there next week. Google still showing that the hotel is "permanently closed" though.
I'd be curious if anyone else with an upcoming stay here also had their reservation disappear. Weird situation!
