I own a XV6600 and the keyboard is much nicer than the Treo's, imho. I type on it much quicker.

I've owned the phone since late December and it's quite nice not needing to carry a PDA and phone while travelling. It is a whee bit bulky but it definitely makes up for it in functionality.
