Both The Bridge and The Pier F are open until the last flight departs (~2:30 AM). I was granted entry at 11 PM.
A lounge host indicated this is due to a recent oneworld policy change (?), not just a CX discretion.
Glad to know the rule has been reverted to the original, more friendly one, though I do not think the oneworld rule changed any bit. CX would, in fact, not be in violation of oneworld rule to forbid access before midnight if one's flight is after 6am the following day.
