I noticed something recently and I am wondering whether it is right: UA appears to allow cancellation with refund within 24 hours after purchase, in accordance with the DOT requirement, while AA appears to allow cancellation with refund until 11:59 pm on the day following the date of purchase -- so more than 24 hours. Am I correct about that?
