Yes, looks like it. Booked by 8/31/25, you earn accord to the chart (first row/rule)

What happens if you book on 10/2 and fly in 2026? No points according to the last row in the table.

What happens if you book on 10/2 and fly the next day (10/3/2025)? The table doesn’t seem to say…

Edit: for those with flights in the future, I would keep a screenshot or pdf’d version of those pages, so you have something to refer to when claiming retro-credit as the partner page May change or disappear at some point as the partnership dissolves.
