Used NUAs to upgrade a Deluxe King to a Corner Terrace suite. The views are stunning to say the least! My wife and I marveled at the panoramic view.
Checked in late last night. Restaurant was closed, but room service was quick and efficient arriving in 35 minutes at 10PM. The fish and chips hit the spot.
As noted above, the breakfast benefit is incrediblt generous with a cold starter and hot main. My eggs benedict were ok, but my wife loved the duck egg and waffle. I will probably try the avocade toast tomorrow.
Overall, this is far superior to the Glasshouse. We still plan to try the Sheraton and the new Edinburgh Grand...but this is at the top of our list for a future stays.
The
Corner Terrace Suite is a significant upgrade from the other Suites in my view. I toured the others during my stay there and while they are large and lavish, they lack a view.
Elite breakfast was at Sushi Samba. Still? The Lounge on 11 was for non-Elite breakfast. The views from Sushi Samba (10th floor) and the Lounge (11th floor) are truly stunning. Hopefully the weather is warm enough for you to enjoy the 12th floor
