Hi,

I think for a codeshare flight it needs to be booked in conjunction with your long haul flight ie lhr-nbo-sez ( if it is even possible as BA and KQ may not code share)
Also , KQ may not be a BA avios partner

Looking at expedia, it looks like Qatar airways flies from NBO to SEZ via DOH ( though it is some detour time wise)
