I live in NJ and have been happily buying Gift of College gift cards at Stop and Shop since they appeared in June. I went yesterday to two different Stop and Shops and they were all pulled. The little Gift of College placard was still on the rack but the spot was filled with variable load VGC. Anyone have any intel on this?
