I'm sure others have mentioned this team before.
Is this something new from BA being sent to everyone due to the BA Club changes ? I've never had anything like this before but it could be a generic mailing.
Or is it I've suddenly reached a level that I don't deserve in the BA customer hierarchy (increased CIV perhaps) ?
