However fare calculation says fare is 528.39 EUR
This fare can be turned into 3455 DKK by that fake exchange-rate 6,538942 (official DKK/EUR rate of 24 july was 7,4648)
Turning this DKK amount into SEK by official rate DKK/SEK 1,49958 ends up with 5181 SEK, so on par with the actual amount.

Clue: Points awarded was based on 484€, a sum none of the calculations ended up with, but it is closest to the actual spend in SEK with SEK/EUR exchange.
I'm not sure if this answers your question, but I am flying fairly regularly on such tickets and came to the conclusion that the numbers in the "fare calculation" are really random. Or at least I didn't find an understandable pattern there yet. Whenever I tried to calculate the accurate fare that is used for TP/Avios accrual, I looked at the number "Fare Equivalent" in the E-Ticket. This number corresponds roughly to the fare in the non-Euro currency. And that Euro spend is pretty spot on to the spend that corresponds to the credited points.
