Is anyone able to explain how the EUR spent is calculated when fare is sold outside EUR-zone? Example is a trip on 100% AY codes CPH to Finland via HEL.
Fare paid (excluding all taxes and fees) was 5184 SEK on 24 july 2025, when official exchange rate was SEK/EUR 11,2025. So the actual EUR-spend is approximately 462,75 EUR
However fare calculation says fare is 528.39 EUR
CPH AY X/HEL AY xxx299.01AY X/HEL AY CPH229.38NUC528.39END ROE6.538942
This fare can be turned into 3455 DKK by that fake exchange-rate 6,538942 (official DKK/EUR rate of 24 july was 7,4648)
Turning this DKK amount into SEK by official rate DKK/SEK 1,49958 ends up with 5181 SEK, so on par with the actual amount.
Clue: Points awarded was based on 484€, a sum none of the calculations ended up with, but it is closest to the actual spend in SEK with SEK/EUR exchange.
