This is very disappointing indeed.
But then, I can't remember the last time I saw Singapore flights show up as bookable awards.
Snagged LHR-SIN two years ago. Guess I should count my blessings as I prepare myself for future redemptions on truly unpleasant AA flights.
That seems to be their approach- zero out our ability to actually do anything meaningful with a partner airline, then sever the relationship thereafter.
I hope they get coal for Christmas!
