I credit miles from the occasional leg of my international Air Canada flights in L class to Life Miles to keep the balance from expiring. Before doing so however, I always check the website to verify that such flights still are listed as earning 50% of the mileage flown. I again did so before flying in August only to have the flight credit at 25%. I looked again to make sure that I didn't miss anything and then complained.

After an agenda did his best to give me the run-around, I spoke to a supervisor who opened a case and promised to investigate. It proved to be a slow investigation. Indeed, slow enough I believe for the company to update the terms on the webpage before getting back to me. I naively didn't take a screenshot and sadly the web page (http://www.lifemiles.com/partners/airline/AC) isn't cached on the Wayback Machine. Does any one have a recent copy? Or any thing else that I could try? Thanx.
