I'm running into a strange situation. I've found a KLM flight I wish to book via Virgin. The IAD-AMS and AMS-MUC legs are available to be booked separately, but the phone agent said her system won't allow her to book them together as one award. There is no issue with MCT. Interestingly, my desired IAD-AMS-MUC combined ticket is available on other dates on their website, just not on my date of course. Any thoughts on this?
