When I booked my Porter flights with AS miles, I was given a separate PNR for use with Porter. Are you using the correct PNR on the Porter site?
I had only viewed my booking on Porter when not logged in, but when I did log in, the flight wasn’t showing up on my Porter account. I now realize that this may not have happened automatically since my Porter account is linked to my work email, and AS has my personal email.
I was able to easily fix this by clicking on “Can’t find your booking here?” when viewing “My Bookings”; and then after entering the Porter PNR, it confirmed that my Porter number was added.
