How is this a question ? LX F over LH J any day of the week, assuming you're prepared to deal with a potential missed connection in ZRH. LX155 generally (as all flight out of India...) departs late, but lands ontime or a little early. 45min is sporty, but if you hustle....

LX F, at BOM check-in, inform them that you are connecting on a separate ticket to BOD. Then on the flight inform the MdC as well.

What does HBO mean?
