Would be an awesome space if they reintroduced exclusivity.
With a fleet of 8x A380s each offering 8 F seats and a sub fleet of 4x CX 77Ws each configured with 6 F seats, even on the assumption all long haul F aircraft were departing at similar times and all were fully occupied with all passengers using Al Safwa at the same time, that would be less than 100 passengers daily able to access the space according to your dream policy. Call it 120 with notional additional OW partners operating a F cabin long haul who'd also be eligible (BA/AA etc...)
I'm all for an exclusive lounge for an exclusive experience but the place is souless enough as it is without unnecessarily banning more passengers from using the space. I might think I was at the Air Koryo lounge at Pyongyang International otherwise.
