I think all of those code the same as vanillagift (ordered from there this month, didnt trigger the offer) and shopyourway VGCs these days which is N/A. Target and amazon do sell physical VGCs but only in $200 denominations, so paying ~$30 in fees kind of defeats the purpose. Completely different story if I had received the $175 retail offer but didn't so I guess I'm going to have to let it pass
