Good to hear it worked out for you, we never had that luck. We have a LH to MUC on Tues evening and UA Weds morning, last time we had that combo LH denied us and said we Must claim our bags and check them back in the next morn. Since we stay at The Hilton in airport its not much of a bother except, instead of going straight thru Imm and Security we now need to be there an hour earlier to check-in. Will report back if they keep our bags for us.
