Booking award tickets for other OW carriers
I still have a reasonable amount of Asia Miles in my account but moved house from HK to Europe.
I'd like to spend my Asia miles on award tickets to the Middle East, but the website of Cathay gives no availablity. When i search via American Airlines, there is quite some availability via other Oneworld carriers (BA, QR).

Is it possible to book these award tickets via cathay/Asia Miles if the website does not give these tickets as an option ?
