This was a good hotel. One I will have good memories of. Two things stood out.

The spa was one of the best hotel spas I've used. Good length pool. Very well designed and top quality hard product. Also 4 different types of steam, sauna, cryobath. Never too busy every day when I went. Can order drinks and food to your lounger.

Breakfast was a delight. High quality buffet items, including some very nice cakes and pastries. And an a la carte menu too.

​​​Tasty on site cafe for matcha lattes, cookies, and ice cream.

Only gripe is that the rooms are a bit sparse on furniture. Got upgraded one category due to Platinum status, but just missing a comfortable sofa for the size of the room.

Location was perfect too. Walking distance to old town, and also to Kazimierz area for good food and drinks.
