Comment: I was greeted to an FHR-specific fresh fruit and local snacks plate, which was a nice touch.
I was pleasantly surprised that room service had no extra fee beyond the standard 10% service charge at all of the property's restaurants. I was also surprised that some restaurants seemed to require reservations (I was turned away at Shanghai Pavilion at 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday, even though I saw open tables). Watch out for the kitchen last call at every restaurant. (For example, if the restaurant closes for lunch service at 2 p.m., you will not be seated or able to order at 1:30 p.m.)
The food was incredibly tasty at the buffet, Ibuki (ordered a la carte - not teppanyaki) and room service (took less than 30 minutes to arrive when ordered at 10 p.m.)
