Salmon & grain bowl; sauce was tasty despite looking quite unappealing. Only one cream cheese pepper on the side; based on the reports upthread it should have included two. Regardless, an enjoyable and relatively healthy option. Dessert options were the cheese plate or chocolate chip ice cream mini-carton.

Service was on the better side for AA; the FA offered a PDB, addressed each passenger by name, verified meal choices, and walked the aisle a couple of times after meal service.
