Not sure if anyone has reported this to IT but I had the agent document the issue, then called customer service who said they'd make a point of making sure they knew about the problem.
Thanks for reporting this to AS. If I remember correctly I went ahead with the booking, then changed the flight with the incorrect booking class to another one, and then back to the original one while searching for a certificate upgrade fare.
