Hi everyone, and I hope someone can give me some guidance... AA has several times canceled my DCA flight and assigned me to BWI..For example, my May 13 DCA-ORD was changed to BWI-ORD on April 28.

Is this legal? I was under the impression that if AA cannot serve you on the route you paaid for, that you are entitled to a full refund? Yes? No? Can someone please fill me in on what my and AA's obligations/rights are?
