I do have a nice story about Saudia, despite some mixed experiences with their call centre. I had booked MXP-JED-SIN on a very cheap fare. They suspended the JED-SIN and they rebooked me on SQ nonstop on a high booking class which mean I could select even the forward seats. I had expected to be put on an indirect route via somewhere inconvenient.
Strangely, they resumed the SIN route a little later!
Yeah in the end I was treated well with a rebooking on TK which had much better layover times (and was not dry). But as said, it took me a week or 3-4 HUCA before they did this.
