A couple of things I'd like to add..

TV - you cannot connect to the TV with your own devices via HDMI. I brought my Firestick and no luck getting it to work cos the remotes have been replaced with a specific remote programme. You can only stream to the TV using your phone or tablet. Kinda easy with an Android device but near impossible with an iPhone (or any Apple devices) as you need to download an app that seems to be a trial offer until it charges US$20 after a week.

Breakfast, High Tea and anything else in between. It's the quality of foods here that I've been most impressed. I suffer from an intolerance with wheat flour. That is except when I'm in France. I soon came to realise that I'm not the only person suffering from this strange intolerance. So I was very happy and pleased to learn that Chef Holger Deh makes everything as much as possible using locally sourced ingredients AND imported French flour. You don't know how happy this has made me. Feels like I'm back in France and can eat everything without worry. From breakfast with the croissants, Pandan chiffon cake to the vegan french toast, it's all made in-house. I had the High (Afternoon) Tea and was simply blown away with the quality and quantity of what was offered . Sure beats the disappointing Afternoon Tea I had at the Shangri-la London @ The Shard last year.

Overall the PH is the newest addition to the 5 star plus category of fine hotels to complement with the other 6 Hyatt properties in Kuala Lumpur. It may have some kinks to work out. But give it time, it'll come out fine.

The other floors should be opened by October/November. The Italian restaurant and the white themed meeting rooms on floor 114 will open next year and they will be part of the hotel. The observation decks on floor 116 & 117 still have refittings to do so don't know when that will open. The space on floor 118 will be reserved for the owners of the Menara PNB118.
