I asked a few months ago about SS access for my wife’s “direct flight” from Toronto to Sydney. You guys explained that it wasn’t possible (and I see the wiki has been updated to be super clear now).

But in classic AC style the app tells her that she’ll have access to the International MLL and SS in Toronto. Complete with map showing them in the international area. If I hadn’t talked about it here and known that her domestic flight is physically separated from the international area I’d have just assumed the app was right. Seems like a detail AC should get right because starting a trip off expecting the SS and then finding out it’s not isn’t a great experience.
