- I assume I will need to clear immigration at AKL on arrival and make my way landside over to the domestic terminal, but will my luggage be checked through to CHC, or will I need to collect it and check back in again. Will I receive the boarding pass for both flights when checking in at DPS?

Assumption on a single PNR.
Inbound: YO\ou will need to collect your bags as it your entry point into NZ so will need to clear customs and bio security with you bags. If you have more than an hour before your domestic flight you will be able to use the domestic bag drop in the international checkin area. You should have boarding passes for both flights.
Outbound: Your bags will be checked through and you won't need to collect bags in AKL.
