AF have had my passport details since setting up my account in January.
I got a warning on my last journey (largely on KL, early August), and decided to sort out at airport check-in. Lo and behold I could check in online, and the rest of the journey was without problems.
Same warning, plus an email *, for a similar journey next Friday, and I intend to ignore as above.
Three thoughts occur: (a) is there an IT glitch with AFKL?, (b) any connection with the introduction of EES?, and (c) what about people that don't have a smartphone?
