I would do like I do at other AI's. Leave a tip on the table for meal service of maybe $10 depending on the vibe and a daily tip for the housekeeper and then tip drinks at the bar if I get those and they are included and a bellman. Nothing else. I'm not tipping the guy putting the saddle on the horse for example.
