I will tell you my experience at Inn at Newport Ranch, a Mr and Mrs Smith property. We stayed 2 weeks ago. It charges 20% on all cash charges including the room. We used a ton of Hyatt points and had no room charge. We had meals and an activity and were charged 20% on that. I paid nothing more than that nor was I expected to do so.

o.k., so my bill is zero because it is all paid with points. You would thus give zero tip on service?
