Try a split ticket. STL-SIN & SIN-PER
I checked out this route a couple of years ago & it saved some $$. It can't hurt to see if this is feasible.

STL-SIN & SIN-PER. Didn't check details on stays, etc. One could try a very good travel agent & see what they come up with.
