I called the National General Aviation desk and had a wonderful agent. He used to work regular reservations and now works FBO. He tried my rez and got the same FBO delivery. He said he’s never seen that. He tried to change it to counter, but the system would not let him. He was very surprised. He said he could make the rez for me and put notes in it that this is not an FBO rez, not to deliver and that it is a standard counter service rez. He made the rez with the EC 10% discount and my free day I wanted to use. He said to call back in November (the rez is for next year) and see if they could remove the FBO at that time. He said to call the GA/FBO desk again, because if I called regular reservations and mentioned FBO then they would have no idea what to do, lol.
