- Credit is US$30 per person per day (max two), must be charged to room. Valid at Sadelle’s, The Buffet, Bellagio Patisserie, Palio, Café Gelato, Pool Café. No room service. Tax covered, tip not, no rollover.
- Buffet: weekdays brunch until 3pm, so you can use it at 1pm. Weekends it flips to dinner at 1pm, so no credit after that.
- Sadelle’s goes until 3pm daily, so that’s your later option.
- Officially it’s breakfast/brunch only. Unofficially, a few reports (Reddit, FlyerTalk) say credits sometimes posted against later meals if charged to room. Don’t count on it.

Thank you very much, really helpful. Weekday stay Mon-Fri. Not to get in the weeds, but does charging a cheeseburger (not typically a breakfast food!) at Sadelle's at 12-1pm fall into the 'don't count on it' category or is everything at Sadelle's safe until 3pm? I know it sounds petty but breakfast is really our least favourite meal of the day.
There is also $100 F&B credit which I understand can be used across the MGM network - Bavettes' at Park MGM gets a good write up to use against but happy to take more learned steer on best utilisation of this credit too.
