This is a helpful post. I have not been since they changed hands, but I always loved The Pitcher Inn (including its great restaurant) and the Warren Country Store across the street.
On the “technically past peek” comment, the season can vary significantly from year to year, so while you might plan based on historical patterns, it is important to follow one (or more) of the seasonal foliage maps, such as this one:
