Just booked advanced rates at IC Bangkok and HK. Will see after my stay if either one qualifies or not. My last stay at the IC SIN was also an advanced rate and it did not qualify according to IC customer service because it was more than 30% below rack rate or something like that. However, my rate was just under the so called "30%" rule, and I was awarded stay credit and points after several back and fourth emails. ^
