The breakfast is very good and attracts locals that are not staying at the hotel. The lounge is convenient with a very nice view, but with limited food options that are good and better drinks. This is being said, is it worth it, if you have to pay its access?
(not able to like)
I've stayed nearby at the Sindhorn Kempiski and found the area a bit sterile. But this is the "new" Bangkok, more along the lines of the Singapore model. In addition to location, another potential issue with the RC (and most of the new build properties) is reports of noise intrusion. This flaw plagues new construction in Bangkok - have experienced at both Rosewood and W/A and reported at PH as well.
