3. On UA, within US/Canada: 30(Y), 40 (C), 50 (F). Eligible fares: YBHKLMQRSTVWCDFAP.
(Doesn't say anything one way or the other about United Express - does UX have a UA flight number?).

4. 1200 and (as far as I can tell) 0.

5. No idea; they seem to match BA status in Europe, but I don't know how generous they will choose to be with others. I suppose it might depend how much ORD-UK business you can document on recent statments
