If you believe everything you read on the internet then the plan is,

Pier A which is home to 142/143/144 loses all it's bridges once BA have gone.

Pier B which has just had a lick of paint outside and a fettle inside becomes gates for the new T3 & exclusively Ryanair (and initially also Emirates). Once Emirates have gone expect the double bridge at the end to be removed too.

Pier C becomes part of T2 although not connected, the stands will be used as T2 remote ones with stairs whilst the interior is being refreshed. That somehow then becomes an extension of T2 with the airbridges back in use. Presumably at some point in the future there'll be a connection between the two.

The planned expansion of T2 that would have seen Pier C demolished (Pier 4) will probably never happen.
