Well, it doesn't seem to matter right now anyway as the Rewards page is broken completely again.
Is it still broken for you? And from your experience, for new cardholders do they have to wait until the card arrives and is added as a payment option to the cardholder's Atmos account for those additional options to appear under the Rewards tab?
