I hope this is the correct category. I booked a Swiss flight in business class (P) and would like to upgrade to First with vouchers. Swiss SEN Hotline tells me they canīt do that and refers me to a technical hotline, who obviously canīt help either.
In the booking itself there is only a button to upgrade with cash. Does anyone have an idea how to manage this?
